This Policy explains how Lorvix Solutions uses cookies and similar browser storage in Lorvix Billing. A cookie is a small value stored by a browser and returned to the relevant website on later requests. Similar storage, such as local storage, remains in the browser but is not sent automatically with each request.

Optional marketing and analytics cookies
Lorvix Billing uses essential storage for login, security, payments, and user-requested preferences. We may also use Meta Pixel and Google Analytics to understand visits, measure advertising campaigns, and improve marketing performance. These optional marketing and analytics tools are loaded only after marketing consent is selected in the cookie notice. We do not use tenant business records, invoice contents, customer records, or supplier data for ad targeting.
Your controls
- Do not select remember-me, or sign out and clear site data, to remove persistent login storage.
- Use the account menu to change theme; clearing local storage resets the preference.
- Use browser settings to inspect, block, or delete cookies and site storage.
- Use Cookie Settings in the footer to reopen the cookie notice and change your selection for this browser.
- Blocking the session cookie prevents login, account security, and most application features from working.
- Razorpay storage is governed through browser controls and Razorpay's applicable privacy choices.
- Meta and Google provide their own advertising and analytics controls through their services, browser settings, and device privacy settings.
Cookie security
Our authentication cookies are configured for HTTPS, are not available to ordinary page JavaScript, and use SameSite protections. These controls reduce risk but cannot replace device, browser, and credential security. Sign out after using a shared device.
