Terms and Conditions
Effective and last updated: July 5, 2026
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Lorvix Solutions for use of Lorvix Billing. By registering, accepting these Terms, purchasing a plan, or using the service, you confirm that you have read and accepted them. If you act for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that business. Do not use the service if you disagree.
1. Eligibility and accounts
- If you are under 18, you may use the service only with the supervision and authorization of a parent, legal guardian, or authorized adult who accepts these Terms and is responsible for the account and payments.
- Registration, business, tax, and payment information must be accurate and kept current.
- Accounts are for the registered person or business and may not be sold, shared improperly, or used to evade limits.
- You are responsible for credentials, authorized users, account activity, and promptly reporting suspected compromise.
- We may verify email, restrict attempts, reject registrations, or require information reasonably needed for security and compliance.
2. Service scope
Lorvix Billing provides tools for invoices, PDFs, customers, products, purchases, payments, GST calculations, reports, exports, analytics, templates, and related business administration. Features and limits depend on the selected plan. We may improve, replace, limit, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary, while honoring mandatory rights and paid access already due.
3. Business, tax, and record responsibility
Lorvix Billing is software, not an accountant, tax adviser, lawyer, payment collector, or government filing service. Calculations, reports, statuses, and generated documents depend on information you enter and may contain errors. You must review every invoice, GST treatment, total, payment status, customer detail, export, and legal term before relying on or issuing it. You remain solely responsible for invoice numbering, statutory records, tax filings, GST or e-invoicing requirements, notices, consents, backups, and compliance applicable to your business.
4. Plans, recurring payments, and taxes
- Free and paid plan limits, billing periods, prices, savings, and included features are those shown at checkout when you purchase.
- Paid plans use Razorpay and may include recurring autopay. By authorizing autopay, you permit the provider to charge the displayed amount at the stated interval until cancelled.
- You must cancel recurring billing before the next charge through available account controls or support. Cancellation normally stops future renewals and does not undo a completed charge.
- Access may be activated only after successful provider verification. Failed, reversed, disputed, or fraudulent payments may delay, downgrade, suspend, or terminate access.
- Prices may change for future billing periods after reasonable notice. Taxes, bank fees, or payment-provider charges apply where stated or required.
- Except where a refund is expressly offered or required by applicable law, completed subscription payments are non-refundable and unused time is not redeemable for cash.
5. Referrals and promotions
Referral rewards are subject to the offer shown in the service and apply only after a valid, successfully verified qualifying payment. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, manipulation, chargebacks, fraud, and abuse are prohibited. Rewards have no cash value. We may withhold or reverse improperly obtained rewards and modify or end promotions prospectively.
6. Your content and customer data
You retain rights in data and images you submit. You grant us and our service providers a limited, worldwide right to host, copy, transmit, format, display, and process that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service and meet legal obligations. You confirm that you have authority and a lawful basis to submit personal data, logos, QR images, bank details, invoice terms, and other content, and that they do not violate law or third-party rights.
7. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use the service for unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, or harmful activity.
- Issue fabricated documents, misrepresent tax/payment status, or process data without authority.
- Probe security, access another tenant, bypass authentication or plan limits, scrape, overload, disrupt, or reverse engineer the service except where law expressly permits.
- Upload malware, executable or harmful content, or content that infringes privacy, intellectual property, or other rights.
- Use automated means that impose unreasonable load or resell the service without written permission.
8. Our intellectual property
Lorvix Billing, its software, branding, interface, documentation, and non-user content belong to Lorvix Solutions or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal business purposes. No other rights are granted.
9. Third-party services
Hosting, payment, email, cloud image, browser, content-delivery, analytics, and advertising measurement services may be required. This may include Razorpay, Cloudinary, email providers, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and similar tools described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Their availability, security, and separate terms are outside our complete control. We are not responsible for third-party products or outages, but this does not remove responsibilities that applicable law places directly on us.
10. Availability, previews, and backups
We work to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability. Beta, preview, and free hosting features may change or experience interruptions. Maintenance, capacity, network, vendor, security, or legal events may affect access. Keep copies of legally or commercially important records using available exports; Lorvix Billing must not be your only archive.
11. Suspension, termination, and account closure
You may stop using the service or request closure. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, security risk, abuse, violation, legal demand, prolonged inactivity, or conduct that threatens users or the platform. Where practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to export data, but immediate action may be necessary. On termination, the license ends; provisions intended to survive remain effective, and data is handled under the Privacy Policy and law.
12. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and accuracy. We do not guarantee that generated invoices, calculations, reports, or exports satisfy every business, contractual, tax, or legal requirement.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lorvix Solutions and its personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential loss, or loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, opportunity, or data. Our aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the affected service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing excludes liability or statutory remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
14. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify Lorvix Solutions against third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful content, violation of these Terms, infringement of rights, or misuse of the service. This does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by our own breach or unlawful conduct.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The competent courts in the place where Lorvix Solutions is legally established will have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rights and any dispute forum that applicable law requires. Before filing a claim, both parties should attempt in good faith to resolve it through written notice to the contact below.
16. Changes, notices, and general terms
We may revise these Terms for legal, security, commercial, or service changes. Material revisions will be posted with a new effective date and additional notice where required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where lawful. Electronic notices may be delivered in the service or to your account email. You may not assign this agreement without consent; we may assign it as part of a reorganization or business transfer. If one provision is unenforceable, the rest remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and checkout terms form the agreement concerning the service.
